Job Title : Recruiter – Work From Home (Immediate Joining)

Description :

Job Responsibilities:

  • Craft and post job advertisements on various portals.
  • Review resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews.
  • Forward screened resumes to line managers and arrange interviews.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, including reference checks and document collection.
  • Utilize various channels, such as social media and professional networks, to attract candidates.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Track hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including internal/external job postings, sourcing, screening, first-round interviews, document collection, offer letters, appointment letters, etc.
  • Update progress in relevant smart sheets and provide updates to managers.
