- Assisting the client in defining and expressing their needs.
- Identifying issues and opportunities to enhance digital processes and increase business impact.
- Grasping and detailing the client’s functional and technical requirements.
- Implementing solutions that satisfy the business’s functional needs.
- Enabling the business to effectively utilize digital solutions.
- Understanding business processes and use cases within the field.
- Assisting the client/business partner in expressing needs and challenging business requirements.
- Creating functional briefs or Functional Specifications Documents (FSD).
- Accompanying project teams and guiding the development process.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and requirements.
