Job Description :
We are seeking candidates with high ownership, self-motivation, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a track record of result-oriented performance. As the Manager of Operations Risk Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the operational risk management framework across the organization. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure effective risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a robust risk culture within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess operational risks across various functions, recommending process changes to mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with internal audit teams to align risk management and audit activities.
- Monitor and analyze key risk indicators, providing regular reports to management and stakeholders.
- Conduct Monthly Risk Committee meetings, delivering insightful reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Examine reported incidents, validate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Highlight areas of improvement at the process/product level and collaborate cross-functionally with teams for implementation.
- Conduct root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.) against audit observations to identify corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operational risk management, preferably within the financial industry.
- In-depth knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, risk mitigation strategies, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles and procedures.
- Good analytical and logical problem-solving skills with an aptitude to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- High level of ownership.

Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience working in the quality, audit, and risk management domain.
- Excellent Excel skills (knowledge of SQL will be an advantage).
- Knowledge of internal and external audit standards like ISO, CMMI, etc.
- Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
