Description :
As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in the efficient functioning of global service organization. Your primary responsibilities will include billing, invoicing, and internal sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute billing and invoicing processes with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance with billing regulations and tax requirements where applicable.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
- Utilize billing software and tools, including but not limited to QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, and the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), to manage and process invoices.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all operational tasks, including accounts payables and accounts receivables.
- Work independently and alongside cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Prioritize and organize tasks to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Must Have’s:
- 2-3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or internal sales in a global service organization.
- Solid understanding of basic principles of finance and accounting.
- Familiarity with multi-currency transactions.
- Proficiency in billing software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) as well as the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for internal and customer interactions.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving, numerical, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, including accounts payables and accounts receivables.
- Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
