Job Description :
As a Finance analyst you will be responsible for maintaining oracle finance, and other finance related applications, supporting customers, and working closely with a global finance team.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for maintaining a good overview of finance and related ecosystem .
- Perform tasks on SOP’s and like related documentations.
- Support and improve internal process of customer request according to the best practice.
- Investigation and resolution to the incident and defects to the end -to – end process.
- Discover new strategies to improve quality and the productivity of the entire process.
- Maintain customer centric approached throughout service requests.
