Job Title: Human Resources Associate – Total Rewards

Location: Pune, India

Description :

As a Human Resources Associate, you will initially focus on supporting the employment offer and confirmation process, with future responsibilities expanding into other areas of Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and track new hire activities, including tasks such as generating candidate offer letters, processing accepted offer letters, and employment bonuses, as well as verifying new hire degrees.
  • Scan and maintain documents for new joiners.
  • Provide support in creating and tracking transfer offer letters.
  • Conduct background verification for new hires.
  • Keep track of new hire and client-requested background screens.
  • Collaborate closely with the Recruiting and Total Rewards teams to address escalations, process changes, and drive efficiencies.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Journalism or Literature; commerce graduates or MBA’s are also welcome, especially candidates with an interest in human resources.
  • Up to 1 year of professional experience, preferably in the Human Resources field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to engage with individuals at multiple levels within the organization.
  • Eagerness to contribute within a team-oriented culture, while also exercising a significant degree of autonomy.
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced, occasionally stressful environment.
  • Previous experience in roles requiring a high degree of confidentiality and handling sensitive information is advantageous.
