Position : Enterprise Support Associate

Position Overview

As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a pivotal role in building, maintaining, and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers to ensure they receive the maximum value from the Zocdoc product and service. You’ll be the bridge between Zocdoc and valued providers, ensuring their satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries. Your role will involve proactively identifying areas for improvement, contributing to a seamless provider experience, and fostering strong connections between providers and the Zocdoc brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support providers through email and phone to ensure a smooth Zocdoc experience.
• Multitask effectively, managing requests from multiple users concurrently.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address provider queries and offer recommendations regarding our products and services.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance provider profiles and deliver an exceptional provider experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients, leveraging both analytical and soft skills to achieve set goals.
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment, continuously learning and growing.
• Demonstrate organizational skills, thriving in both independent and collaborative settings.
• Exhibit a passion for leveraging technology to enhance people’s lives.
• Take initiative, show resourcefulness, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Have working knowledge of MS Excel/Spreadsheets.
• Be willing to work in US shifts.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in email writing and voice communications at a service-based company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen focus on detail.
• Strong analytical abilities, combined with effective communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to excel independently and within a team.
• A genuine passion for improving people’s lives through technology.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Spreadsheets.
• Willingness to work in US shifts.
