Job Title: Fixed Asset Analyst

Description :
As a Fixed Asset Analyst , you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining fixed assets, ensuring compliance, and supporting financial and audit processes. Your responsibilities include capitalization of fixed assets, reconciliations, reporting, and collaborating with various teams to enhance efficiency and standardization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capitalize fixed assets and manage their lifecycle, including placing assets into service, depreciation, and disposal accounting.
- Perform regular posting, monitoring, and reconciliations of aging items.
- Provide research and support during audits and other business requirements.
- Ensure smooth operation of the process within the Shared Service Environment, meeting all SLAs.
- Execute daily transactional activities and standard month-end procedures for Fixed Assets in line with standard procedures.
- Generate and provide reports from fixed asset data for financial, tax, and audit purposes (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reports).
- Maintain compliance with internal control systems.
- Participate in transition processes, ensuring knowledge acquisition and documentation.
- Foster effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other teams on continuous improvement activities, focusing on enhancing efficiency, transparency, and standardization.
- Create and update documentation, including Data Transformation Plans (DTPs) and knowledge management files.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Required Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate (preferably MBA in Finance or Graduation in Commerce).
- Oracle skills preferred; SAP knowledge would be a lower priority.
- Proficiency in Excel and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
