Description :
As a Payroll Associate you will play a pivotal role in supporting all activities within the Payroll function. Reporting to a Payroll Manager and collaborating with a peer Analyst, you will be part of a centralized APAC function delivering core HR operational services across India, with potential expansion to support other APAC countries. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to core HR processes and drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Payroll Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Executing payrolls via ADP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Managing the leave management system, calculating payable days, and tracking inputs related to leave, extra working hours, work from home, and payroll deductions.
- Maintaining employee CTC break-up files for new joiners and current employees, including mid-year CTC changes.
- Collecting and maintaining all payroll-related information via our Workday system and other approved sources.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as Finance, HR, bank representatives, ADP, Sodexo, NPS (HDFC), and Aon (Insurance broker).
- Reviewing pay registers prepared by ADP, validating them with HRBPs before final sign-off.
- Supporting payroll query resolution for employees.
- Reviewing end-of-year tax calculations prior to form 16 generation and supporting form 16 queries.
- Ensuring timely submission of PF & ESIC details to ADP for necessary contribution disbursement and handling audit queries.
- Coordinating with ADP for LWF deductions and contributions.
- Supporting the process and auditing payrolls for other countries in the APAC region.
- Harmonizing the APAC payroll and ensuring standardization of the payroll process cycle.
- Providing support to APAC HR partners in processing or checking payroll files as needed.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a payroll specialist.
- Experience dealing with statutory compliance, CTC break-ups, and PF.
- Experience supporting a complex organization with multiple office locations.
- Strong Excel skillset.
