Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

Verify documents for compliance with remediation guidelines.
Create test cases, conduct risk research, develop test plans, and maintain documentation for audit preparation.
Identify risk mitigation strategies within established procedures.
Execute routine administrative, transactional, and operational duties.
Validate data for affected populations, scorecard criteria, and audit readiness with evidence gathering.
Process payments and transactions according to the remediation strategy.
Receive guidance from supervisors and escalate non-routine client issues to experienced team members.
Interact with internal and external customers to address raised concerns and determine appropriate actions.
Establish standards and procedures for assessing product quality and release readiness.
Enhance innovation and streamline testing processes.
Ensure compliance with risk management requirements for the supported area and collaborate with other stakeholders to implement risk initiatives.
Work closely with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve objectives.
Lead projects, teams, or mentor less experienced staff members.
