Job Description :
As a Junior Analyst, Process, you will be responsible for auditing and reconciling vendor invoices under supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To succeed in this role, you must effectively perform the following essential duties while also being open to minor tasks that may vary by department:
- Audit and reconcile exception-based invoices with the highest level of accuracy and speed.
- Ensure that vendors are paid in accordance with open accounts payable.
- Pay invoices correctly or forward them to the appropriate personnel for dispute resolution.
- Assist in keeping vendor accounts updated and accurate.
- Address and resolve quality control issues in problem queues.
- Meet or exceed individual productivity requirements.
- Resolve problem invoices with the highest degree of urgency.
- Adhere to standard procedures and incorporate new procedures into your daily routine.
- Maintain professional and productive relations and communications with internal customers.
Qualifications:
The qualifications required for this position are as follows:
Education/Experience:
- Education: B.Com, M.Com, or an equivalent degree (accredited), or, in lieu of a degree, a High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
- Experience: Six (6) months of experience in the field of Audit, Accounts & Finance (in addition to education requirements).
