Qualification :
- Proven experience in Human Resources or a related field, handling various aspects of employee relations and development.
- Solid understanding of cross-functional workflows, ensuring smooth interactions with all organizational levels to align HR strategies with overall goals.
- Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing, managing, and advancing HR projects and initiatives within a business.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments, maintaining a positive attitude, and consistently delivering results.
- A keen eye for identifying improvement opportunities, presenting innovative ideas, and implementing them effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to drive HR strategies and convey ideas to employees and the senior leadership team.
