Job Summary:
The Incentive Administrative System (IAS) is a pivotal tool used for processing incentives related to services offered by UPS. It also plays a significant role in creating legal contracts with both new and existing customers. IAS operates within the marketing domain and serves as a vital source of information for various UPS departments.
Job Duties:
- Manage interactions with substantial middle-market customers.
- Customize contracts to align with customer requirements, and efficiently implement incentive rates within the system, which demands both time and expertise.
- Diligently analyze customer requests and make appropriate amendments to contracts in line with pricing agreements and established timelines.
- Process contracts for both new and existing UPS customers, oversee the auto-renewal of expired contracts, and manage contract cancellations for non-shipping customers.
- Coordinate special tasks and adapt to schedule changes based on workflow and operational needs.
- Adhere to established procedures and guidelines while performing tasks.
- Prioritize quality, as it is a critical factor.
- Ensure timely processing of tasks, as it is time-sensitive and requires prompt action.
- Possess proficient keyboard skills.
Knowledge:
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with hands-on experience in Excel.
Skills:
- Familiarity with the IAS system is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
