🌟 Role Description: Business Finance Associate

Function: Finance

Reports to: Business Finance Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• P&L Management: Support P&L management for the business unit, ensuring cost optimization and revenue maximization.
• Financial Controls: Set up financial controls to guide the design, launch, and day-to-day execution of the category.
• Brand Relationship Management: Manage brand relationships from a financial standpoint.
• Procure to Pay (P2P): Ensure correct management of P2P metrics.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor performance against plans and provide detailed performance insights with recovery actions for gaps.
• MIS Reporting: Publish weekly/monthly/quarterly MIS reports to business teams.
• Process Improvement: Drive process improvement initiatives.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

• Timely publishing of MIS and performance reporting.
• Quality of performance improvement initiatives.

💼 Candidate Profile

• Experience: 0-2 years in Business Finance.
• Qualification: CA Inter, CMA, MBA, or Graduate with relevant experience.
• Preferred Background: Experience in startup or e-commerce.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel and SQL, with the ability to navigate large volumes of data. Knowledge of financial statements is a plus.
