Job Title: Market Development Representative

Location: India – Pune

Description :

As a Market Development Representative (MDR) at TraceLink, you will play a crucial role in qualifying and maturing inbound leads on a global scale. Your responsibilities will involve gathering market intelligence, researching customer accounts, qualifying leads, and employing personalized strategies to engage prospects effectively.

Responsibilities:

Market Intelligence:

  • Research customer and prospect accounts through various data sources, both public and private.
  • Qualify and score inbound leads to identify and prioritize key companies and personas for targeted campaigns.

Prospecting Strategies:

  • Develop personalized strategies using email, social media, and other channels to enhance prospect engagement rates.
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns promptly and create account intelligence briefs for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with teammates, including Managers, SDRs, and AEs, to develop targeted lists, call and email strategies, and messaging.
  • Work with partners in Finance, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Business Management to enrich, cleanse, and triage account data.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Engage in professional and empathetic communication through written and verbal channels.
  • Document all activities in Salesforce and provide qualitative and quantitative reports on a weekly basis.

Global Support:

  • Work shifts to support the business needs across EMEA, APAC, NA, and LAD.

Qualifications:
