Job Title: Associate Sales Manager

Role: Sales Manager

Job Description:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, understanding their goals, needs, and challenges.
  • Develop account strategies to overcome challenges, create action plans to meet client objectives, and maximize account growth.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face business reviews with clients, discussing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and presenting new opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, sales data, account funnel, hygiene, and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Drive incremental revenue/RPO from assigned clients through monetization and commercial improvements.
  • Increase counter share for all assigned clients through strategic planning to dominate market share.
  • Maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and deliver exceptional restaurant NPS.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide outstanding service to clients, addressing issues or concerns promptly.
  • Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamline processes and systems where possible, and advise senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment for excellent customer service.
  • Generate leads and proactively approach potential clients, present our value proposition, and secure new partnerships.
  • Be the face of Swiggy in the market, championing the values we believe in.
