Responsibilities
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing Priority Customers to enhance their share of wallet and revenue contribution.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales:
- Generate new business opportunities to achieve specified targets in terms of the number of customers, volumes, and revenue for the segment.
- Achieve product mix targets as set by the organization.
- Onboard all new customers acquired through branch channels and the Direct Sales team.
- Achieve cross-selling targets in line with the budget.
Sales MIS:
- Maintain and update all Sales Management Information System (MIS) records, including calls, prospects, attritions, and business achieved.
- Keep customer information up to date within the Wealth Management System (WMS).
Business:
- Prioritize Net Promoter Score (NPS) and effective customer management.
- Aim to have NPS at least in the second quartile compared to peers.
- Diligently use the online Customer Management Platform (CMP) system and achieve more than 75% of the required customer contacts each month.
Processes:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all policies and procedures related to money laundering prevention and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with these policies and report any suspicious transactions promptly to the supervising officer.
Risk Management & Compliance:
- Ensure full awareness of all policies and procedures regarding money laundering prevention and KYC.
- Maintain ongoing compliance with these policies and report any suspicious transactions promptly to the supervising officer.
