Job Tittle : Manager, Branch Operations, TSM

Location: Nagpur, India

Job Description : 

The Role Responsibilities:

  • Approve daily transactions for selected products, such as traveler’s cheques, cashier’s orders, currency exchange, merchant services, and safe boxes, as well as transactions exceeding specified teller limits.
  • Manage Service Delivery
  • Monitor customer satisfaction survey ratings
  • Ownership of the archival portfolio for the branch. 
  • Maintain MIS 
  • General Reconciliation and Compliance Activities
  • Candidate is aware of bank’s Mis-selling & Sales Policies and ensures adherence at all times.
  • Premises management in areas of merchandising, housekeeping, as well as store management. Branch upkeep and maintenance.
  • As a manager, you are also responsible for the health and safety aspects within your area of control.

Regulatory & Business Conduct:

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across the bank.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
