Description :
Responsibilities:
- Comprehend user expectations and formulate functional requirements while addressing any queries with stakeholders.
- Provide knowledge transfer to the development team regarding Functional Specifications.
- Train developers on functional concepts and help resolve any functional issues.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for business requirements, representing the end user within the development team.
- Lead and perform functional testing, thus assuming responsibility for product certification before user acceptance.
- Promote and apply best practices within the team, ensuring functional product quality.
- Demonstrate an understanding of Agile practices (daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospective, test-driven, model storming) and adhere to them.
- Set work product priorities in alignment with agreed-upon iteration goals.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members by sharing best practices.

Profile Required :
- 3-7 years of experience with a strong understanding of software development and support methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining SOP documents.
- Familiarity with concepts of functional testing.
- Exceptional client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide solutions for critical issues.
- Address day-to-day functional support issues.
- Participate in meetings and document action points for follow-ups.
- Operational knowledge of Cash Management and Accounting is desirable.
- Coordinate the investigation, resolution, and reporting of production incidents and issues.
- Report inconsistencies to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Business and Change team when addressing user requests for new functionality in applications.
- Conduct production defect testing during major and emergency releases.
- Work with the release management team to maintain the development environment for production issue testing.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
