Duties & Responsibilities
As a People Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities include:
- Scheduling meetings, HR events, and maintaining agendas.
- Coordinating HR collaboration sessions and forums.
- Assisting the communications team in developing and implementing a communication strategy.
- Managing the execution of the internal communications plan that aligns executive messaging with the team’s culture and vision.
- Overseeing the process of drafting, reviewing, and distributing communication materials, including emails and newsletters.
- Delivering thoughtful, timely, and insightful messages via the team’s internal communication channel.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborating with other internal functions.
- Supporting ad-hoc HR projects, such as collecting feedback.
- Assisting other functions as assigned.

Qualifications and skills required:
