Job Title: Branch Manager / Asst. Branch Manager

Qualification: First-Class Graduate

Location: PAN India (All Cities with a population of 50,000+)

Description :

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in the general insurance industry, with a preference for candidates with an Engineering/MBA in Marketing qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficient and smooth processes.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new financial advisors.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth and sales target achievement.
  • Focus on both motor & non-motor products through a unified channel (Agency in major).
  • Lead and manage a team of branch staff, providing guidance and support for high performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, maximizing business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and take appropriate actions to drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and training for branch staff.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on branch performance, market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, market dynamics, and regulatory changes.
  • Ensure effective manpower planning for the branch and maintain administrative infrastructure.
