Qualification: First-Class Graduate
Location: PAN India (All Cities with a population of 50,000+)
Description :
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in the general insurance industry, with a preference for candidates with an Engineering/MBA in Marketing qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficient and smooth processes.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new financial advisors.
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth and sales target achievement.
- Focus on both motor & non-motor products through a unified channel (Agency in major).
- Lead and manage a team of branch staff, providing guidance and support for high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, maximizing business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and take appropriate actions to drive improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and training for branch staff.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on branch performance, market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry developments, market dynamics, and regulatory changes.
- Ensure effective manpower planning for the branch and maintain administrative infrastructure.
