Is This Role for You?

This role aligns with candidates who possess excellent soft skills, combining likability, attention to detail, and an engaging personality. It requires a minimum of 2 years of hands-on PPC experience and a proven track record of driving revenue for clients. Successful management of over 5 clients simultaneously, each with budgets exceeding 5K, is expected.

The role involves leading strategy and execution for multiple clients, including strategic accounts. Proficiency across paid search and social platforms, including Google, Facebook, Microsoft, and LinkedIn, is necessary. Candidates must be confident in communicating results and strategy and thrive as team players who enjoy collaborative work. A passion for marketing, continuous pursuit of knowledge and experience expansion, and dedication to translating expertise into successful execution are essential.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, candidates will:

• Manage medium to large paid search/social campaigns spanning diverse industries.
• Execute paid advertising across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
• Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights, interpretations, and recommendations.
• Oversee client budgets and offer expert advice on budget adjustments based on campaign performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the team to establish benchmarks and implement optimizations to meet client objectives.
• Produce high-quality, insightful reports for clients regularly and be available to address their inquiries.
