Job Tittle :  SAP CRM Consultant

Location : Pune

Description :

• Configuration, customizing, modification, and support of OTC (Order to cash) Process.
• Coordinate testing efforts, responsible for test deliverables, and provide status reporting to management.
• Test deliverables against user story acceptance tests.
• Design, build, test, and deploy Modern Order to Cash (OTC) solutions, including invoicing, credit management, taxes, financial reporting, and distributed FICO objects.
• Support Brazil, India, and China warehouses, collaborating within a scrum team with cross-functional stakeholders worldwide.
• Act as the front liner for India warehouses.
• Troubleshoot and analyze billing and accounting errors.
• Prepare a testing strategy for the project.
• Manage scheduled batch jobs.
• Develop job aids for new functionality.
• Implement and support e-Invoice/eWay Bill for Indian business.
