Job Title: Financial Compliance and Internal Controls Officer

Location: Multiple – Czechia, India, China, Italy, USA (Remote)

Type: Full-Time

Description : 

Your mission in this role is to safeguard that there is an appropriate internal control framework in place, with the right personnel to perform internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance policies and procedures on behalf of the Finance organization in collaboration with the Financial Control Manager.
• Ensure the organization operates in accordance with the Sandvik Way, the SMS Way, and the Dormer Pramet Way.
• Lead and drive projects and initiatives to make compliance with the Finance-related part of the Dormer Pramet Way as clear and operational as possible.
• Determine compliance metrics and establish a tracking system.
• Stay up to date on relevant company policies and update Dormer Pramet policies accordingly.
• Perform compliance audits or utilize results from internal audits to assess protocol adherence and areas for improvement.
• Share best practices from internal audits within the finance organization (entities).
• Collaborate with entities to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date written documentation and policies related to the organization’s business activities.
• Act as the main contact in Dormer Pramet for internal controls.
• Provide training on internal controls and BWISE within the organization.
• Perform tests as needed in the entities.
