Job Title: Financial Compliance and Internal Controls Officer
Location: Multiple – Czechia, India, China, Italy, USA (Remote)
Type: Full-Time
Description :
Your mission in this role is to safeguard that there is an appropriate internal control framework in place, with the right personnel to perform internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance policies and procedures on behalf of the Finance organization in collaboration with the Financial Control Manager.
- Ensure the organization operates in accordance with the Sandvik Way, the SMS Way, and the Dormer Pramet Way.
- Lead and drive projects and initiatives to make compliance with the Finance-related part of the Dormer Pramet Way as clear and operational as possible.
- Determine compliance metrics and establish a tracking system.
- Stay up to date on relevant company policies and update Dormer Pramet policies accordingly.
- Perform compliance audits or utilize results from internal audits to assess protocol adherence and areas for improvement.
- Share best practices from internal audits within the finance organization (entities).
- Collaborate with entities to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date written documentation and policies related to the organization’s business activities.
- Act as the main contact in Dormer Pramet for internal controls.
- Provide training on internal controls and BWISE within the organization.
- Perform tests as needed in the entities.

Minimum Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- University degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Capacity to structure a complex and demanding area pragmatically.
- Self-driven with excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities to meet strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive change across the organization.
- Profound knowledge of legal requirements, policies, and procedures in a large multinational.
- Seasoned professional with a strong ethical foundation.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
