What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identifying new revenue opportunities beyond current business lines to continually expand our active user base.
- Collaborating with multiple Country Heads of Marketing on user acquisition and engagement campaigns across APAC.
- Formulating strategies for new customer acquisition, brainstorming and executing multi-channel growth strategies.
- Enhancing brand recall and awareness in relevant regions.
- Gaining broader leadership alignment for opportunity execution.
- Leading and executing the launch of new business lines for Revolut.

What You’ll Need:
- 4+ years of experience in one of the following: performance marketing, affiliate marketing, brand marketing, strategic partnerships for a $1 billion+ tech firm, or a blend of growth and operations for a $1 billion+ tech firm.
- Proven experience in leading or executing the launch of new business lines.
- A strong track record of achievement, demonstrated through rapid assumption of greater responsibilities, exceeding KPIs, and achieving fast-track promotions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and comfort in dealing with ambiguity.
- The ability to build a compelling business case and persuade others to support your execution.
