Description :
As a Process Specialist – DC, you will be responsible for verifying, creating, modifying, and updating clients’ Form 5500 filings. Additionally, you will provide support to auditors filing their audits with the IRS and DOL. The role involves handling and assisting clients/individual customers within defined SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in Compliance, Form 5500 filing, and audits.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analyze details to determine appropriate action for processing transactions.
- Consult available resources, including technical documentation, updates, computer system application features, coworkers, and mentors to perform daily tasks.
- Make suggestions for improvement in procedures/processes.
- Efficiently and effectively process work to meet or exceed production expectations.
- Perform assigned work accurately to meet or exceed quality expectations, resulting in increased client satisfaction and profitability for PFG.
- Improve personal effectiveness to positively impact work, environment, and skill enhancement.
- Develop partnerships among peers and those supported to increase ownership of work and sustain an efficient process.
- Compliance with PGS policies and flexibility as per business needs.
- Perform other job-related duties, handle other processes within the BU, or undertake special projects as required or assigned by a superior.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate/Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
