Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and addressing their financial needs.
• Client Onboarding: Play a pivotal role in onboarding new clients by collecting essential documentation, conducting KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Needs Assessment: Collaborate closely with clients to comprehensively understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on a wide array of financial products and services offered by our institution, including banking products, investment options, and insurance offerings.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze clients’ financial situations and portfolios to provide well-informed recommendations on investment strategies and financial solutions.
• Account Management: Assist clients with various account-related activities, such as fund transfers, account statements, and investment transactions.
