Job Title: Jr. Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive effective utilization of the PMTIPL CRM system, focusing on metrics-oriented changes and improvements to enhance customer service and partner interactions significantly.
• Execute and monitor highly effective integrated marketing campaigns that surpass predicted objectives and measurable goals.
• Track and report Marketing Campaign expenses and leads on a monthly basis.
• Exceed marketing plan ROI targets consistently.
• Adapt the tactical plan expertly based on changing business conditions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and succession planning, ensuring someone is always ready to assume the role and perform it even better.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, surveying PMTIPL services in a timely manner, and addressing customer concerns to uphold rapport.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in search engine optimization, social media, content, and event marketing.
• Maximize Phillips’s online and offline presence through activities such as blogging, social media management, and email marketing.
