Description :
As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in managing a broad spectrum of HR functions that support Pattern’s employees and align with the organization’s strategic objectives. Drawing upon your 5-7 years of HR experience, you will oversee the implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives to cultivate a positive work environment while ensuring legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Onboarding: Efficiently manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive introduction to the organization.
- Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances while offering guidance to both employees and managers in resolving workplace issues.
- Performance Management: Develop and administer performance appraisal programs, coach managers on performance feedback, and assist in talent development initiatives.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs and provide assistance to employees regarding inquiries and claims.
- Compliance: Keep abreast of labor laws and regulations to ensure the company’s policies and practices align with employment laws.
- Training and Development: Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- HR Policies: Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Engagement: Create and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and personnel files.
- Offboarding Responsibilities: Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback, insights, and suggestions. Manage the offboarding process, ensuring compliance with various requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Resources.
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience as a Generalist.
- Profound knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HR software applications.
