Position : Sales Development Representative What Is A Sales Development Representative (SDR)? Freshsales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective sales strategies to attract potential buyers and new customers.
  • Conduct outbound lead generation and prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, data sourcing platforms, and email automation funnels.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or by responding to inquiries generated by Marketing.
  • Build customer relationships to understand their needs and qualify their interests and viability for potential sales.
  • Present product information to customers after identifying their needs.
  • Progress solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them with sales personnel, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
  • Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not made a purchase.
  • Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
  • Collaborate with sales executives to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Keep the CRM system updated.
