As a Customer Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our business. Your responsibilities include:

🎯 Principal Activities

-Exceeding service expectations and business initiatives.
-Collaborating with the supply chain to address urgent customer needs.
-Meeting key performance indicators for customer service representatives.
-Embracing Optimas’ THREAD values.
-Adhering to Customer Service best practices.
-Proficiency in delivering the Optimas total value proposition to customers.
-Supporting customer satisfaction and profitable sales.
-Building cross-functional teamwork and fostering communication.
-Managing and updating TLRs & Open Order Books.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

-Analyzing risk on assigned customer TLRs and system updates.
-Maintaining continuous communication with internal customers.
-Managing system transactions to service customers effectively.
-Handling customer order books and resolving issues.
-Collaborating with internal departments and supply chain teams.
-Preparing and presenting proposals and quotes.
-Meeting or exceeding Customer Support Team KPIs.
-Handling direct sales and open debit notes.
-Making critical decisions and root cause analysis.
-Collaborating with Operations and Technical Service Department.
-Working with Supply Chain Planners and Demand Planning to improve forecasts and order portfolios.
-Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.
