One Card is looking for Outbound Calling Associates with experience in handling financial products and at least 1-2 years of role experience in a domestic call center.

Responsibilities:

1. Make Outbound Calls: Contact customers to discuss and arrange repayments for financial products.
2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers and address their concerns or questions regarding repayments.
3. Payment Negotiation: Negotiate payment terms, settlements, or repayment plans to recover outstanding amounts.
4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment agreements.
5. Compliance Adherence: Ensure that all collection activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
6. Data Management: Update and manage customer information, payment status, and relevant data in the system.
