Job Title: Operations Executive – Payments
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Employment Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Payment Experience: This includes monitoring payment processing systems and addressing payment issues and exceptions to provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Perform Daily Reconciliation of Bank Account Transactions.
- Reconcile debit transactions with bank statements and internal systems, and follow up with banks and internal stakeholders in case of discrepancies.
- Reconcile collections transactions with PG statements (Razorpay and Cashfree) bank statements and internal systems, and follow up with banks and internal stakeholders in case of discrepancies.
- Resolve payment issues for customers with internal (Product and Tech Team) and external stakeholders (PG and Banks).
- Monitor 24*7 payment success rates across banks, payment gateways, and partners and continuously improve them through operational initiatives.
- Handle ad hoc requests related to the overall Banking operations of the institution.
- Manage Account Opening and API setup for various Business requirements.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and other stakeholders involved in the payment process.
- Perform audits of Bank Account transactions.
