Job Role: Officer-Process Quality-I

Description :
As a Officer-Process Quality you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries from our clients’ medical provider network and enrolled members. Your professionalism and adherence to defined processes and guidelines will ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
- Respond promptly to inquiries from medical providers and members with accurate and courteous responses.
- Research inquiries using available resources.
- Provide claim or Plan status for client inquiries.
- Update Plan details as requested by customers.
- Follow up with providers and members to obtain additional information as needed.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines in all communications.
Additional Functions:
- Communicate clearly and sensitively.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Display a willingness to be responsive and cooperative.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in training sessions.
- Maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:
- International voice experience.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior customer service experience (inbound or outbound calls). Two years of international call center experience preferred.
- General knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
- Proficiency in current computer technology.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
