Description :
The role of the Manager, Payroll includes: Overseeing global payroll compliance matters Leading and successfully concluding payroll audits, Administering all payroll controls and Managing the implementation of new country expansions in global payroll processing.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and business continuity efforts while leading global internal and external audits.
- Stay updated on payroll compliance matters that may impact Mastercard and its employees, communicating changes to operational teams and senior management.
- Envision, communicate, and supervise regional process improvements, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement.
- Lead global expansion into new countries, from inception to implementation.
- May require overseeing day-to-day team operations responsible for payroll and benefits administration.

Qualifications:
- Proven success in collaborating across a global organization at various levels and within different business units.
