Description :
As an Accounting Manager specializing in International Consolidation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial documents and their compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role involves preparing and analyzing consolidated and divisional financial results and coordinating the timely completion of audits and tax returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare audited consolidated financial statements for Singapore.
- Collaborate directly with external auditors to ensure timely consolidation.
- Work with subsidiary Accounting Managers to gather necessary information for consolidation.
- Control and analyze local Financial Statements and reports from all subsidiaries, including Income statements, Balance sheets, and General ledgers.
- Actively participate in producing quarterly consolidated accounts for the group Head office.
- Conduct variance and financial analysis at both the consolidated and divisional levels, including operating results, balance sheet fluctuations, and cash flow.
- Serve as a technical resource for the group accounting team, addressing accounting issues and providing consultations as needed.
- Assist in the monthly revenue recognition process.
- Develop, document, and implement process procedures as identified.
- Assist with financial and tax audits, and prepare the general ledger.

Qualifications:
- CPA/CA certification required.
- Experience with NetSuite/OpenAir general ledger systems.
- Background in public accounting.
- Minimum of 5 years of general ledger accounting experience.
- Inquisitive nature with international exposure.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards and US GAAP reporting standards.
- Proactive and adept at anticipating and addressing issues in advance.
- Previous experience in partnership accounting and international consolidation.
