Job Overview :
Job Title: Dy. Manager – Packaging Development
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: AGM – Supply Chain
Description :
As a Dy. Manager you will doing artwork deployment, specification finalization, compliance with statutory requirements (LMR), and overall project management from a supply chain perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop packaging as per project requirements.
- Create artwork designs in compliance with statutory (LMR) regulations, production, and marketing needs.
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and manage specifications for all packing materials, obtaining approvals from relevant stakeholders, and ensuring SAP maintenance.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of approved master samples, including physical custody and indexing.
- Own the Bill of Materials (BOM) for all Finished Goods (FG) SKUs.
- Handle quality complaints, drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Lead cost-saving initiatives and ensure the successful closure of projects.
- Manage the lifecycle of LMR consultants.
- Conduct site and vendor visits when required.
