Job Description :
Are you experienced in P2P Payments? Join Johnson Controls if you have 1-4 years of relevant experience in Payments . Johnson Controls is looking for dedicated individuals for accurate processing of invoices and claims while maintaining commitment to customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, investigate, and register claims and invoices in accordance with company policies.
- Timely processing of invoices to ensure prompt payments.
- Address discrepancies and raise queries when necessary.
- Ensure claims approval aligns with established policies.
- Monitor open advances and unclaimed credit card transactions.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable Team Lead and assist in various duties.
- Identify and communicate potential issues to the team leader.
- Contribute to process improvements within your sphere of influence.
- Apply procure-to-pay processes, policies, and internal control standards.
- Facilitate the training of new team members to accelerate their learning curve.

Qualifications:
- Full-time bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
