Key Responsibilities
- Sales: Increase Jodo’s market share
- Conduct consultative selling by promoting Jodo’s financial products to customers in offline events and via tele sales.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt to customer needs and tailor pitches accordingly.
- Handle rejections professionally and continue pitching to the next customer.
- Resourceful: Continuously explore new lead generation strategies, employ various approaches to pitching, and contribute value to the organization beyond core responsibilities.
- Persistence: Tenaciously engage with customers, maintaining a respectful and pleasant demeanor. Exhibit persuasive abilities and the willingness to overcome objections.
- Diligent Follow-Up: Take ownership of every lead and guide it to closure. Understand and communicate customer concerns to the product team for process improvement.
