Job Title: Senior Accounting Officer – Accounts Payable

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Your Role:

As a Senior Accounting Officer specializing in Accounts Payable, your role involves managing various financial tasks related to India’s accounts payable. Your responsibilities include:

Processing invoices for India’s Accounts Payable.

Demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting entries.

Knowledge of GST related to Accounts Payable.

Familiarity with TDS rate applicability as per Indian law.

Proficiency in Excel.

Ability to effectively organize and prioritize workloads, multitask, and meet required deadlines.

Identifying issues, analyzing possible solutions, and independently resolving problems of medium complexity.

Undertaking additional assignments as directed by the Supervisor.

Providing year-end support for the preparation of Audit Schedules and other audit requirements.

Assisting in documentation and other compliance-related requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.com Graduate).

3 to 5 years of experience in the field of Accounts Payable.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and external stakeholders.
