Job Description:

At inFeedo, customer success is of paramount importance, and Customer Success Associates play a pivotal role in ensuring high customer satisfaction. They facilitate product adoption and usage, maintain excellent service standards, and actively engage with customers to understand their requirements. This role involves working closely with customers to address their needs and collaborating with product and tech teams to explore technical enhancement requests, ultimately contributing to the development and improvement of the product.

As a Customer Success Associate at inFeedo, you’ll be the voice of our customers. Your role will have a significant impact on the customer experience, as you’ll facilitate adoption and usage, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores. You’ll work towards retaining key customers by providing excellent service, exploring technical enhancement requests, and collaborating closely with our product and tech teams.

Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and manage customer health status.
  • Adhere to ticket SLAs and create a company-wide customer feedback loop.
  • Focus on customer retention, increasing renewal rates, and reducing churn.
  • Collaborate with the product/tech team to explore technical enhancement requests.
  • Aid in the development and improvement of our product by gathering feedback and identifying recurring issues.

This role offers exciting opportunities to interact with senior industry leaders (CHROs, CXOs) and build long-lasting customer relationships that drive deep satisfaction and product adoption. Your role goes beyond issue resolution; it’s about delighting our customers through simple, efficient, and caring communication.

Requirements:

What inFeedo is Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of total work experience with strong customer-facing skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Bonus points if you’ve demonstrated initiative, drive, and led projects or events.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Sheets.
  • Qualification: Any
  • Ability to manage and execute cross-functional projects within stringent timelines.
