Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business problems and proactively identify data-driven solutions to improve customer experience and business performance.
- Perform end-to-end digital performance tracking at the channel or campaign level and identify optimization opportunities.
- Analyze customer digital journeys, identify drop-off points, and recommend strategies to enhance conversion rates.
- Create clear and actionable visualizations to address business challenges, particularly those related to user experience.
- Effectively communicate the context and value of models, analyses, and dashboards to stakeholders.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle significant data.
- Proficient in queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
- Excellent communication with relevant stakeholders.
