Description :

The Customer Account Manager is a position within the Credit Operations Team of the Credit and Policy Group, responsible for supporting operational activities related to the disbursement of Retail Credit cases.

• Verify documents in accordance with the non-discrepancy checklist for the disbursement of retail loan cases.
• Serve as both a system maker and checker for disbursements following document verification.
• Raise queries to various stakeholders and work toward their resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors and in-house personnel for file submission, basic data entry, and loan account number generation.
• Collaborate with different teams in operations and underwriting to facilitate DM preparation.
• Handle disbursement cheque printing, handover, and register updates.
• Dispatch and track sanction files and disbursement dockets for storage.
• Verify CPA attendance and input it into the system.
• Process AF/PF/PEMI cheques for banking and receipt parking into the system.
• Review and address quality check observations.
