Position: Accounts Receivable Analyst – APAC
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
Experience : 1-3 year
Description :
Key Responsibilities:
Client Inquiries & Credit Note:
- Track and allocate client inquiries (tickets) pertaining to billing
- Retrieve and resend invoices to customers
- Request remittance advice and allocate outstanding payments (APAC Region)
- Foster ongoing relationships with the Sales and Billing teams
- Ensure timely resolution of queries following established SLAs and utilizing Salesforce
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as directed by management
Receivable & Collection:
- Dispatch statements of accounts to customers
- Pursue payments for overdue balances through phone and email communication
- Monitor adherence to payment terms by customers
- Conduct weekly meetings with the Internal Team to discuss portfolio updates and service suspensions for specific customers
- Monitor and liaise with clients for payments, with potential escalation and dunning processes
- Scrutinize billing data for new and existing clients
- Collaborate within the accounts receivable team to meet company targets
- Support the enhancement of collection and receivable performance (DSO)
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Key Requirements:
- Ideally, 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel
- Fluency in English and the ability to converse in another APAC language is a plus (for communication with English and APAC language-speaking associates)
- Proficiency with ERP systems, including Microsoft Excel, and experience with accounting software (Workday preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with guidance
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work independently
