Description :
Key Skills:
- Proven ability to understand Staffing, Process efficiencies, and Goal achievement while managing Contact Centre costs.
- Relevant experience in inbound/outbound contacts and integration of multiple channels into a service model.
- Extensive experience with Telephony and Workforce Management software programs.
- Flexibility in working with diverse team members, managing competing priorities and multiple processes while ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborative spirit, high sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with an attention to detail.
- A commitment to attentiveness, persistence, flexibility, and protecting the integrity and purpose of our organization.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to lead a team.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in an International Premium segment Voice Program (Inbound & Outbound).
