Job Title: Process Developer – Life Insurance
Primary Location: India-Pune

Description :
As a Process Developer – Life Insurance, you will play a vital role in transaction processing, prioritizing tasks to meet SLAs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Execute transaction processing according to standard work & SOP.
- Prioritize transactions based on detailed guidelines to meet SLA.
- Plan and prioritize tasks to achieve objectives.
- Comprehend and respond to customer inquiries, identifying, researching, and resolving problems.
- Assist with/perform other team tasks as needed.
- Ensure turnaround time and work quality meet company service standards.
- Collaborate effectively with Onshore/Offshore teams and customers via email and calls.
- Handle day-to-day requirements of Excel and maintain key records for reference and audit purposes.
Qualifications:
- Graduation in any stream except B.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law.

Essential Skills:
- Relevant experience in a similar process.
- Life Insurance policy admin experience, specifically in processing client changes transactions.
- Exposure to Life Policy Admin systems such as CFO, CK4, CNB, Ingenium, Vantage, IPAS, PACE, ORD, TAS2000, TRADNY, ULANY, ULAS, ULB, ULM, ULP, ULU, ULX, VTGF.
- Good English communication (Both written & verbal) – Talocity Score of >50.
- Proactive communication and high analytical skills.
- Display energy and enthusiasm in approaching the job.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Readiness to work on stretched working hours.
- Ability to work independently with internal and external customers.
- Customer service focus.
- Basic computer knowledge along with a typing speed of 20 words/minute.
