Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Process transactions in accordance with standard work and SOP.
- Prioritize transactions based on detailed guidelines to meet SLAs.
- Plan and prioritize tasks to achieve objectives.
- Understand and respond to customer inquiries, identify, research, and resolve problems.
- Assist or perform other team tasks when needed.
- Accurately interpret and compile information from various sources and systems.
- Ensure turnaround time and work quality meet company service standards.
- Collaborate effectively with Onshore/Offshore teams and customers through email and calls.
- Manage personal work in progress and support team efforts to meet individual and team goals.
- Maintain key records like working files and emails for reference and audit purposes.
- Handle basic day-to-day Excel requirements.
Qualifications:
- Graduation in any field, except B.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law.

- Relevant experience in a similar process.
- Experience in processing client changes transactions in Life Insurance policy administration, such as Address Change, Name Change, Beneficiary and Ownership changes, Return mail, and Correspondence.
- Exposure to Life Policy Admin systems like CFO, CK4, CNB, Ingenium, Vantage, IPAS, PACE, ORD, TAS2000, TRADNY, ULANY, ULAS, ULB, ULM, ULP, ULU, ULX, VTGF.
- Proficient in English communication (both written and verbal) with a Talocity Score of >50.
- Proactive communication and strong analytical skills; ability to foresee issues and suggest solutions with impactful data.
- Displays energy and enthusiasm in approaching the job.
- Works well under pressure, meets deadlines, maintains a positive attitude, and provides outstanding customer service.
- Ready to work flexible hours.
- Ability to work independently with internal and external customers.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge with a typing speed of 20 words per minute.
