Garrett is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to join the team in Pune, India. As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the monthly pricing reporting process, ensuring data accuracy, and generating insightful pricing analysis reports.

Job Title: Pricing Analyst

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India

Responsibilities:

• Support the monthly pricing reporting process, including pricing accrual, pricing dashboard maintenance, and timely reconciliation.
• Develop standardized report and analysis templates in Excel for monthly and ad hoc pricing analysis and deviation reports.
• Drive report automation and integration with Power BI to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Assist in tracking and maintaining pricing forecasts by sales teams and regions.
• Participate in Management Operating Systems (MOS) reviews with sales managers, covering all pricing categories, including transactional pricing.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure the execution of pricing actions.
• Support the annual Pricing AOP (budget) process.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of a global online pricing tool, acting as an administrator to control and monitor the process flow.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in business, pricing, or commercial roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
• Expertise in MS Excel, with proficiency in Power BI and other data automation tools as a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Business acumen and the ability to analyze complex pricing data.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working within a global team with diverse backgrounds.
• Flexibility to work in shift timings (1 pm to 10 pm).
