Position: Finance Executive

Location: Pune

Requirements:

Fronius is looking for a Finance Executive to join the team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of work experience and should be an Intermediate level qualified Chartered Accountant. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook is essential. The candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare various types of ledgers and vouchers.
• Generate credit notes and debit notes.
• Create sales and purchase invoices on a PAN India level.
• Review and ensure the accuracy and validity of financial transactions.
• Handle journal entries, postings, and reconciliation of various GL accounts.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
• Manage various types of journal vouchers.
• Perform Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation.
• Handle TDS and GST balances reconciliation.
• Generate and review different MIS reports.
• Create month-wise stock detail and valuation reports for all stock.
• Prepare all statutory reports (GST, TDS, ESIC & EPF, etc.) on a monthly basis.
• Generate monthly Financial MIS Statements.
• Regularly scrutinize and reconcile statutory and other ledgers, rectifying any issues or errors.
• Provide assistance and support during Internal, Asset, Tax, and statutory audits.
• Process foreign remittances.
