Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed.
  • Coordinate office repairs and maintenance.
  • Oversee office security and access.
  • Collaborate with local businesses and services to meet office needs.
  • Coordinate employee travel and accommodation when necessary.
  • Assist in planning and organizing office events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Address parking-related challenges and policies.
  • Participate in office revamping and furniture/equipment procurement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service quality.
